Farmhouse. Early-mid C18 with later additions and alterations including
outshut to rear. Pinkish-brown brick in English garden wall bond with cast
tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Entrance to 2nd bay a C20 6-panel door with
overlight in C19 pilastered, surround with hood. Mainly 16-pane sashes,
otherwise 12-pane, under elliptical arches. Stepped first-floor band.
Stepped and cogged eaves cornice. Ridge and end stacks. Staircase window
to rear a 16-pane sash with radial glazing bars to head under round arch.
Some 12-pane Yorkshire sashes. Interior has chamfered beams to most
ceilings and concealed bressumer beam over central fireplace.
