Dovecote. Early-mid C18 with C20 restoration. Orange narrow hand-made
brick with slate roof and wooden cupola. Square on plan. Central C20
wooden entrance. Casement window to right side. Hipped roof with cupola at
summit surmounted by C20 weathervane. Interior lined with brick nesting
boxes. Dovecote formerly to Fulford Hall (q.v.). Cooks, A.O., A Book of
Dovecotes, 1920, p.148.
