Estate cottage. Early - mid C19. Reputedly by Edward Blore. Pinkish-brown
brick with plain tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows with single
storey, single bay ranges to front and rear. Off-centre entrance a
6-fielded panel door. Mainly 24-pane tripartite sliding sashes, with flat
ashlar lintels and sills. Otherwise tripartite mullion windows under
segmental heads. 2-course, first-floor band. Hipped roof. Ridge and side
