Wheldrake Lodge (formerly

Lodge to Escrick Park. Early C19 incorporating medieval fragments and with
late C20 additions and alterations including range to rear of no particular
interest. Magnesian limestone ashlar with plain tile roof. Originally L-
shaped on plan. Single storey, 3 bays. Entrance to rear a C20 glazed door.
Main facade: late C20 casement window. Gabled centre bay has oriel window.
5 medieval corbel stones incorporated into facade above. 3rd bay is
recessed and has no openings. Ridge stacks.
