6/200 Pensford Viaduct


Railway viaduct. 1874. Rubble with brick soffits to the arches. 4:1:3:3:1:4
arches on tall and slender, tapering piers, the central pier and those flanking
to lower arches (5 and 13) are thicker and the latter are also panelled;
voussoirs; low parapet and plain band over. A very important landmark and
feature of the village of Pensford.
