Farmhouse. Probably early C18 with later additions and alterations
including early C19 rebuilding of first floor and late C19 range to
rear. Pinkish-orange brick to ground floor with pinkish-brown brick
to first floor and pantile roof. Central hallway plan. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Central entrance a part-glazed 4-panel door with decorative
overlight within pilastered doorcase with frieze and dentil hood. 6-
pane casements throughout with ashlar sills and under elliptical
arches. 2-course first-floor band. Dentil eaves band. Swept roof.
Brick coping. End stacks. Tumbled-in brickwork to gable ends.
Interior: beams to some ceilings. Bressumer beam to right-hand room.
