GV II
House now inn. Mid C18 with later alterations. Pinkish-brown brick with
some magnesian limestone to rear and pantile roof with lower course of stone
slates. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows, with outshut to rear and single-
storey extension to left. Off-centre entrance a 6-fielded-panel door with
overlight with vertical glazing bars. Further 6-panel door with similar
overlight to end. Mainly 12-pane sashes throughout otherwise a 24-pane
Yorkshire sash. Openings to ground floor under segmental arches, those to
first floor under elliptical arches. End and ridge stacks.
