House and smithy. Late C18 with C19 additions and alterations. Pinkish-
brown brick with pantile roof. Central-staircase plan with contemporary
outshut with C19 heightening to rear under catslide and late C18 single-
storey smithy with C19 extension to left. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows.
Central C20 door. 12-pane Yorkshire sashes with stone sills throughout.
Ground-floor openings under blocked segmental arches, those to first floor
under blocked elliptical arches. Plain eaves band. Remains of brick coping
to gable ends. End stacks. Interior of smithy retains forge chimney and
bellow. Included for group value.
