House. Early C18 with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-brown brick
in English bond with ashlar dressings and stone slate roof. Square on plan
with central hallway. 2 storeys with basement, 3 bays, each slightly
breaking forward. Flight of 7 steps to central entrance a half-glazed door
with overlight with patterned glazing within architrave. Basement has
blocked, 3-light windows with cavetto-moulded mullions. 12-pane sashes to
ground and first floors with moulded ashlar sills under cambered arches.
Moulded ashlar first-floor band. Hipped roof. Rear stacks.
