The description shall be amended to read:

Wrongly marked on Ordnance Survey map as Hill Farm. Pigeoncote
over stable. Early C18 raised late C18. Pinkish-brown brick with
ashlar dressings and pantile roof with ashlar coped gables and
sandstone kneelers. Rectangular plan. South gable front has to
right a round-arched entrance with ashlar hinge and lock blocks,
above in gable semi-circular flight entrance with stone sills.
East front has small shuttered window and 2 breathers to
Interior. Ground floor has single chamfered spine beam. Above
rows of flight boxes with sills on all 4 sides.

Pinkish-brown brick with sandstone dressings and stone slate and pantile
roof. Rectangular on plan. Round-arched entrance to gable end with one
ashlar impost. Lunette to gable with stone sills. Ashlar kneelers and
coping. In a state of disrepair at time of resurvey.
