Wrongly marked on Ordnance Survey Map as Public House Farm. Farmhouse.
Probably late C17 with later additions and alterations. Magnesian limestone
rubble with ashlar dressings and brick porch; pantile roof with stone slates
to eaves, ashlar copings and kneelers. Lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys,
3 bays, with outshuts to rear. Entrance a 6-panel door within C20 porch.
2-light casement windows throughout mainly within double chamfered surrounds
with C17 tooling. Swept roof. Moulded kneelers and copings. Large rubble
ridge stack with 2 diamond set chimneys and brick end stack to left. To
right gable end a mullion window within double chamfered surround and with
chamfered mullion. Interior reputedly has original staircase now boarded
