Cl8 or early Cl9. 2 storeys in stone. Welsh slate roof. 4 windows, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor of No 4 has window with double-hung
sash with glazing bars. Modern door with rectangular fanlight under flat
hood with trellis. Modern window on ground floor of No 5 and modern door
with rectangular fanlight, flat hood.

Carr Cottage, Mulgrove Cottage and Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group.
