Dated 1868. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Gable to road with finial.
Small circular window with quatrefoil and dripmould in gable. lst floor
has 2-light window, sashes with glazing bars and dripmould, inscription
"This school was built by Mrs Hannah Cholmley 1868". Ground floor has window
of 2 lights divided by a half-column with foliated capital. Dripmould over
quatrefoil light in head of window, string at cill, Lancet arched doorway
with half-columns with foliated capitals and dripmould with foliated terminals.
Door of 6 carved panels with prominent iron hinges. Plinth. Building altered
to rear. Included for group value.
