House. Early C19 with later C19 alterations. Coursed herring-bone-
tooled sandstone, milled to front. Slate roof. Double pile plan with
later cross wing to left. 2-storey main front with attic to added wing.
3-window symmetrical front to house, 1 bay cross wing. 6-panel door
with rectangular fanlight in late C19 porch. 2-storey canted bays with
projecting cornice to each side, and in cross wing gable wall to left.
Sash windows throughout with tripartite sash to attic. Original double-
span roof and later cross wing have stone coping and moulded kneelers,
with finial to gable end. End stacks to original roofs and rear stack
to cross wing. Inside, there are early C19 panelled doors to all the
main ground floor rooms.
