Farmhouse. c1740. Squared grey sandstone. Slate roof. Brick stacks.
Direct-entry plan, one and a half rooms deep. 2-storey and attic,
symmetrical 3-window front. Central C20 hall-glazed door under
rectangular fanlight in round-arched opening with keystone. Doorcase of
open dentilled pediment on panelled pilasters. C20 pivoted windows with
glazing bars in all original openings with keyed lintels. Rear entry
has 4-panel door with rectangular fanlight and glazing bars. Firewindow
in right gable wall. Coped gable ends and plain kneelers to double span
roof. End stacks to front span, one end stack to rear span. Interior:
C18 panelled doors to all ground floor rooms.
