House. Mid C18 with early C19 extensions to left and rear. Coursed,
dressed stone, now creeper covered. Slate roof. Original plan probably
direct-entry with opposed doors; now hearth-passage plan. 2-storey,
6-bay front. To left of centre, 6-panel door with semicircular fanlight
in doorcase of open pediment on grooved consoles and panelled jambs.
16-pane sash with keyed lintel to left of door: to right 4 tall 8-pane
sashes, 2 with keyed lintels. At first floor level, one 16-pane sash
with keyed lintel to left: to right, 3 tall 8-pane sashes. Hipped roof
with 2 end stacks, one rebuilt, and one left of centre. Interior: C18
doors and fielded panelling in ground floor rooms to right. Rear room
to right has massive stone fireplace of quoins and voussoirs.
