Farmhouse. Mid C18 with later alteration and extension. Dressed sandstone;
pantile roof; brick stacks. Central staircase plan, 1½ rooms deep with rear
service wing. 2-storey, 3-bay front. Gabled centre bay contains 6-panel
door with patterned fanlight in open pedimented doorcase with fluted
pilasters. Tall 16-pane sashes on either side, and three square 16-pane
sashes to first floor. Plain wedge lintels to all windows. End stacks.
Restaurant extension to right not of special interest.
