House. Early C18, with later subdivision and extension. Coursed, squared chalk, now whitewashed; brick gable ends; brick quoins; pantile roof; rebuilt brick stacks. Originally three-cell, hearth-passage plan, with two rear service wings added. Single-storey and attic. C20 door in original doorway to right of centre. Inserted glazed door to left, with two-light, large-pane horizontal sliding sash at end left. Similar window to left of original doorway, all with thin timber lintels. Raking dormer with three-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sash. Stepped brick eaves course. End and centre stacks. Tumbled brick gables.
