House, now offices. Early-mid C19. Painted brick in Flemish bond; slate
roof; brick and rendered stacks. Central stairhall plan, 2 rooms deep. 2-
storey, symmetrical 3-window front. Central recessed C20 door under blank
overlight, with panelled reveals. Porch with slender columns. 16-pane
sashes with stone sills and wedge lintels throughout. Modillion eaves. End
stacks to hipped roof. Rear: centre round-headed, radial-glazed staircase
window and further 16-pane sashes.
