5/3 Whitfield Cottage

House. Late C18, with earlier origins; later alteration, and extension.
Coursed sandstone; interlocking natural clay pantile roof; rebuilt brick stack.
2-storey, 4 window front. C20 recessed door to left of centre. One tripartite
sash to left, and two to right; four similar windows to first floor. All
windows have stone sills and keyed lintels. Coped gables with moulded kneelers.
End right stack.
