House, partly warehouse. Early C19. Red brick with rusticated stone quoins.
Pantiled roof. Gabled front elevation of 2 storeys, attic and basement, 2
windows. Yorkshire sash in attic with loading pulley above. First floor sash
windows with glazing bars under stone lintels. Ground floor one narrow and one
4-light window. Four steps to 6-panel door, top glazed. Waterfront elevation
has original windows, one blocked.
