House, early C19. Coursed stone with concrete tiled roof. Two storeys and
basement, 3 windows, those on first floor sashes with glazing bars under stone
lintels. Late C19 sashes on ground floor. Door up steps at left. Entrance
to Elliots Yard on right. Rectangular fanlights in basements. Included partly
for group considerations on corner to Bells Bank.
