Town houses above shops. Early C19. Main west front of coursed stone. Welsh
slate roofs with stone copings and kneelers, brick chimneys. Other elevations
yellow brick with stone quoins and plinth. Four storeys on river front. Three
behind, two by two bays. Windows mostly sashes, some with glazing bars, one
tripartite with fixed side lights. Stone lintels, those on Chapel yard front
incised. Four-panel doors.
