- Rosedale with stable wing
attached and bungalow

Early-mid C19 small farmhouse of good quality. Coursed squared stone. Hipped
Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, two windows, glazing-bar sashes, of unequal size
on ground floor. Short north laundry extension leads to stable range at right-
angles, of similar material, with boarded openings. To south a bungalow extension,
probably early C20. Similar stonework, pyramidal roof with deep eaves soffit,
large casements, central glazed porch.
