Stables, 1787 by Sir John Soane, castellated probably early C19. Coursed
squared stone with hipped Lakeland slate roofs, central clock tower. Main block
of 2 storeys, 11 bays with central entrance arch. One-storey, 3-bay projecting
side wings.
