Probably early C19. Coursed squared tooled stone. Pantiled roof. Stone end
copings with shaped kneelers. Off-centre and end chimneys. Possibly originally
farmhouse and cottage. Two storeys, four windows in all. First floor Yorkshire
3-light sashes to two left hand cottages and tripartite windows with small open-
ing lights below. Boarded doors with chamfered jambs and heavy chamfered lin-
tels with reeded. tooling. Similar door and lintel -to Pear Tree Cottage, but
windows are late C19 casements. Small right lean-to with boarded door.
