(east side) Lythe
Lythe Hall

House dated 1660 over entrance, with alterations and additions, Coursed squared
stone. Pantiled roof with stone copings and brick chimneys. Irregular front.
At left a 1½-storey, 2-bay section of narrow proportions with upper windows
breaking eaves; then a porch of 2 storeys and attic with a 6-panel door; then
a 1, storey, 2-bay section with long windows; and finally a 3-bay continuation
of one storey and attic. All windows are sashes with glazing bars.
