Late C18 or early C19. Coursed squared stone. Pantiled roofs, stone-coped with
square kneelers, centre and end brick chimneys. Two storeys, 1 and 4 windows.
The right end of Rose Cottage is converted from a former farm building. Holly
Cottage has 3-light glazing-bar windows with small central opening light and
boarded door. Lintels with keystones on ground floor. Rose Cottage has small
first-floor casements with glazing bars; similar, slightly larger windows below,
and boarded door. Subsidiary door at right. Ground floor lintels with
keystones.
