(north side) Sandsend
- Mulgrave Lodge

Small cottage, C18. Coursed squared stone, pantiled roof with stone copings
and square kneelers. Rebuilt right end chimney. Small lower right; extension.
One storey. Central boarded door. Right hand window replaced glazing-bar sash
in wood architrave. Small fixed light at extreme right, probably replacing a
two light stone mullioned window. Two small dashes behind.
