Cottage to East of Primrose Cottage

(Formerly listed under VALLEY ROAD)

Late C18 or early C19 appearance. Coursed squared stone. Pantiled roof, stone
copings and square kneelers. Rebuilt brick ridge and end chimneys. 1½ storeys,
3 windows, irregular. 2 upper windows are in stone gables breaking eaves whose
copings rest on the lintels. One small window under eaves. Ground floor tri-
partite early C19 windows with small opening lights. Plain boarded door in
small C20 porch. Originally 2 cottages.
