Dovecote approximately 40 metres north-west of Low Hall

Dovecote. C17, probably with earlier origins; re-roofed c1980. Coursed
rubble limestone on chamfered plinth; quoins; stone flag roof. Rectangular
on plan. Low round-arched doorway with C20 door to front. Continuous
moulded string course below eaves level. Chamfered mullion window with
landing platform to left gable. Entrance box with landing platform to
centre of roof ridge. Crow stepped gables. Interior: L-shaped nesting
boxes extending to left and right on alternate rows, each with a projecting
