ST 66 SE PRISTON C.P. PRISTON VILLAGE

2/41 Manor House

House. Circa 1830. Ashlar, rubble, hipped slate roofs. 2 storeys, 3 windows
plus one in set back wing; ground floor has 2 very deep sashes in architraves
flanking a tetrastyle thin Greek Doric porch the entablature of which carries an
arcaded balustrade, first floor has 3 sashes in architraves with linking impost
band, set back wing to left is similar at first floor and on return, below a
plain square corner pier carries first floor over plain recessed entry, all under
oversailing eaves with boarded soffit, thin Venetian windows; right return ele-
vation has large inserted canted bay. Interior: not inspected.
