GV II


House. Mid C18; raised, altered and extended C19. Squared sandstone with
boxed eaves, pantile roof and red brick stack. Lobby-entry plan with
parallel service range to rear. Central C20 door of 6 raised and fielded
panels. 12-pane sashes throughout with painted stone sills. Bordered
herringbone-tooled lintels to all openings. Central stack to steeply-
pitched roof. Included for group value.
