5/28 Manor Farmhouse


Farmhouse. Early C19. Squared sandstone with quoins, left gable wall
rendered; pantile roof with rendered rebuilt brick stacks. Central-
stairhall plan, 1 room deep, with service range to right. 2-storey, 2-
window front with 2-storey, 3-window service range to right. Central 4-
panel door beneath divided overlight to house, with 16-pane sashes with
stone sills. Painted wedge lintels to ground-floor openings and thin timber
lintels to first floor. Coped left gable and shaped kneeler. End stacks.
Service range has a plank door within C20 porch to left of C20 replacement
window: 16-pane windows to first floor on either side of a C20 inserted
small-pane window. Coped gable to right.
