Farmhouse and attached cottage. Early C19 with later C19 alteration.
Squared sandstone with pantile roof and brick stacks. 2-storey, 3-window
front. C20 panelled door to house, with C20 battered buttress to left.
Entrance to cottage now in right gable wall. Probable original doorway to
right now blocked by enlarged small-pane window. Remaining windows are 16-
pane sashes with painted stone sills and plain lintels. Stepped eaves
course. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and right of centre stacks.
