11/59 Low Hall


House. Late C18 - early C19. Sandstone ashlar to front and left side;
hammered sandstone to right side and rear; tooled dressings; timber eaves
cornice; slate roof. Central stairhall plan. 2-storey, 3-window front,
flanked by lower 2-storey, single window wings. Part-glazed door within
architrave with cornice. 16-pane sashes with stone sills throughout.
Modillion eaves cornice. Coped gables and plain kneelers. End right stack.
Stack at base of half-hipped pent roof to wing at right. Separate hipped
roof to wing at left.
