Cottage. Late C17 / early C18; C19 extension; C19 and C20 alteration.
Squared sandstone with thatched roof under corrugated sheets; brick stacks.
2-cell, direct-entry plan, with outshut added. Single storey. Right of
centre door of 4 recessed panels, with 2-light replacement casement to end
right. Similar window to centre left and single-pane fire window to end
left. Thin timber lintels to all openings. End stacks to steeply-pitched
roof. Interior: in ground-floor room to left chamfered joists are exposed
with run-out and wave stops. The hearth beam survives.
