Terrace of 3 cottages. 1733 on datestone; later alteration and extension.
Coursed rubble sandstone with slate roof and brick stacks, 1 rebuilt. 2 low
storey, 2-window front. 4-panel door to each cottage. Ground-floor windows
are 2-light horizontal-sliding sashes to no 41 to left, replacement small-
pane casement to no 42 to centre, and small-pane fixed light to no 43:
first-floor windows are 2-light 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes. Painted
flat arches to ground-floor openings of nos 41 and 42: thin timber lintels
to all remaining openings. Datestone over door to no 42, inscribed:

End and left of centre stacks.
