House. Mid-late C18 with C20 alteration. Coursed rubble sandstone with
pantile roof and brick stacks, 1 rebuilt. Central-entry plan, 1 room deep.
Single storey and attic, 2-window front. Door of 4 recessed, shaped panels
approached by steps, flanked by 2-light large-pane casements: fire window at
end right. Flat-topped dormers with casements to attic. Stone sills to
ground-floor windows and thin timber lintels to all ground-floor openings.
End stacks. Included for group value.
