House and attached outbuilding. 1833 on datestone. For the Wykeham estate.
Squared sandstone with pantile roof and rebuilt brick stacks. 2-cell,
direct-entry plan with outbuilding. 2-storey, 2-window front, with single-
storey outbuilding to right. Off-centre plank door beneath datestone
inscribed:
BURTON
TERRACE
1833

2-light, 8-pane horizontal-sliding sashes throughout. Thin timber lintels
to all openings. End stacks. Outbuilding has square shuttered opening with
thin timber lintel. Included for group value.
