Pair of houses. 1849 on datestone. For the Wykeham Estate. Dressed
sandstone to front, with chamfered sandstone ashlar quoins, slate roof.
Central-entry plans. 2-storey, 4-window front. Central 4-panel doors to
both cottages, with divided overlights. 16-pane sashes with stone sills
throughout. Heavy plain lintels to all openings. Datestone to centre of
first floor inscribed:

Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and centre stacks.
