Farmhouse. Probably C18 with C19 alteration and part rebuilding. Coursed
rubble sandstone with French tile roof. 2-storey, 2-window front with
2-storey, 1-window rebuilt part at right. Half-glazed door in rebuilt
part, to left of enlarged 2-light, 16-pane horizontal sliding sash.
2-light, 16-pane horizontal sliding sash on first floor. Windows left of
door are 16-pane sashes on ground floor and unequal 9-pane sashes on first
floor. Stone sills to all windows, and heavy plain lintels to all ground
floor openings. Lintel over door inscribed 1875 denoting rebuilding after
a fire. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and right-of-centre
stacks.
