Farmhouse and outbuilding, early C19. Coursed sandstone; Welsh slate roof with
stone ridge, copings and kneelers, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central
half-glazed door. Flanking 20-pane sashes on both floors; 16-pane sash above
door. Prominent curved kneelers; end chimneys. Right 1-storey extension with 1
small 4-pane window. 2-storey, 2-bay left outhouse extension has 9-pane fixed
light near house and shuttered loft opening to left. Left return shows boarded
door under boarded loft door with flanking boarded openings. Segmental-arched
cart entrance on rear.
