House in 2 flats, the ground floor no longer a store. Mid C19. Herringbone-
tooled coursed sandstone; pantiled roof with stone coping and kneeler, brick
stacks. 3 storeys, 2 wide bays. Central modern 6-panel door to Primrose.
Modern small-paned casement in neatly-filled shop front space to right; similar,
smaller left window. 16-pane sashes, with projecting cills, on upper floors.
Right end coping and kneeler; end chimneys, the right rebuilt. External stone
stair to Primrose Flat on right return: 6-panel door with modern casement to
right. Rear elevation one floor only: two 16-pane sashes, one shuttered window
and 2 hooded doors.
