House. C18 with alterations. Lightly-tooled coursed sandstone with later
pointing; pantiled roof with stone coping and footstones, brick chimney. Gable
end to road. 2 storeys and attic, 1 bay and lean-to to half-bay at left.
(Ground floor is rear extension of the fish shop, which is not of special
interest). Steps up to first floor entrance in left return. Large square
first-floor oriel on front and Yorkshire sash in attic. Modern casement in
set-back left bay. Boarded door on left return. Raised block footstones to
roof coping, and corniced end chimney. Included for group value.
