House, now 2 dwellings. Early C19 with alterations. Renewed incised render;
Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, attic and basement, 2 wide bays. Entrance to Sea
View up 2 steps to platform and 2 more to door, with east iron handrail and area
railings. Modern glazed door; glazed basement door and new window. 16-pane
ground and first-floor sashes, paired 9-pane dormer sashes, all renewed. High
Sea View has basement entrance: door with glazed panel and modern pivoted casement on right. Ground floor two 12-pane sashes, first floor 16-pane sash, all
original; replaced 9-pane dormer.
