Wash kitchen now converted to cottage. Fine herringbone-tooled sandstone;
pantiled roof without chimney. Front to road blank; roof hipped to north. On
left return a 6-panel door, a 9-pane sash and a modern fixed light. Stonework
altered: windows are in former doorways. One fixed light on right return.
Plain modern casement on river front. Included for group value.
