Small cottage, probably late C18 wash kitchen raised in early C19. Coursed
sandstone of varied toolings; pantiled roof with stone kneeler and brick stack.
2 low storeys, 2 narrow bays. Modern stable-type door, with glazed panel, at
right. Modern 2-light casement at left under early C19 12-pane sash. Small
6-pane sash of similar date to right. At left a large kneeler and a tall
chimney set against the gable end wall of Bramley Cottage (qv). Included for
group value.
