House, part of a terrace but a separate build. Probably mid-late C18. Coursed
herringbone-tooled sandstone with pecked dressings. Pantiled roof. 2 storeys
and attic, 2 windows. At right a top-glazed 6-panel door under very small
gabled hood. 12-pane sashes with cills. Small window inserted high in ground
floor left. Coved eaves. Dormer with rendered cheeks and 6-pane sash. Coping
and kneeler at right end.
