House, possibly early C18 with alterations. Coursed sandstone, possibly
re-used, with varied toolings, the front covered with incised render. Renewed
pantiled roof, stone ridge, copings and kneelers. 2 storeys, 2 bays,
irregular. Left 4-panel door under bracketed gabled hood. Boarded passage door
at right. 1 first-floor sash at extreme right; front otherwise blank. The new
roof is of much lower pitch than was the original, as may be seen from gables
standing up clear. 2 attic sashes on left return; right return blank with
blocked attic window. Rear elevation to river.
